How do you unlock all safehouses and weapons in GTA 3 without using cheats? I'm trying to complete the game legitimately and want to know the best strategies, mission progress needed, and any hidden methods for unlocking gear and safehouse access across the islands 8)
In GTA 3 you have to complete missions to unlock safehouses and weapons. Unlike other games, each island is locked in and it is unlocked as you progress in the game.
