I wasn't the biggest fan of the first season, but I decided to give the second a chance after reading that Ortega would be more involved in the production, but having finished the first episode, all the issues from the first season are still there.



Whoever thought putting Wednesday in a discount Hogwarts and giving her psychic powers so she could solve a Nancy Drew ass murder mystery needs to be blacklisted because it's one of the worst set-ups in television history. The whole thing comes off like a parody of a Tim Burton film; the fact that he is involved in making it is somehow even worse.

I'll probably keep watching, since my girlfriend seems to enjoy it. But go, there is so much wasted potential here.
