How to Fix Slow Startup or Shutdown

✅ 1. Disable Startup Programs

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager

Go to Startup tab

Disable unnecessary programs (like Skype, Spotify, etc.)

✅ 2. Clean Temporary Files

Press Windows + R, type cleanmgr, and press Enter

Choose your drive (usually C:) and delete junk files

✅ 3. Turn Off Fast Startup (Sometimes It Slows Things Down!)

Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do

Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable"

Uncheck "Turn on fast startup" and save
